Equipped with 16 high-power LEDs at a wavelength of 365 nm, the lamp delivers uniform surface illumination with an intensity of 45 W/m² – adjustable upon request. This makes it ideal for processes that require consistent and reliable UV exposure.

Built for continuous operation

The durable aluminum housing minimizes heat buildup and ensures long service life – even in continuous use. An integrated overtemperature shut-off protects components and ensures maximum reliability in production environments.

Smart monitoring & advanced features

With built-in LED failure detection and signaling, faulty LEDs are identified immediately – helping prevent downtime. An optional integrated white light module is available, ideal for visual inspections in alternating operation.

Modular & scalable – Adaptable to any setup

A unique feature: The lamp is cascadable in any length and width. Whether for small test benches or large-scale production lines, the system can be flexibly expanded and seamlessly integrated.
